Orders & Returns
Browse the Medfair marketplace and add products to your cart to order.
Yes, you need to be a confirmed Medfair member in order to place an order.
Returns must be completed with individual suppliers. Medfair does not facilitate returns directly.
In order to change an order, please reply to the original Medfair order confirmation email within 2 hours indicating any changes required and we will do our best to ensure the changes are made before suppliers fulfill your order.
Please respond to the Medfair order confirmation if you have not received an order update 48-72 hours after placing your order.
