Is Medfair really free right now?
Yes. Founding clinics pay nothing for the platform during this phase. We're investing in real-world workflow validation and treating that as a partnership rather than a free trial.
What happens when paid pricing launches?
Founding clinics get advance notice, a transition period, and a locked-in founding rate that's lower than the lowest published public tier. You won't be auto-charged or auto-converted, and you can opt out and revert to the public Free tier at any time.
Who is the program for?
Clinics across medical professions and specialties. Open enrollment: any clinic that signs up during this phase becomes a founding clinic.
Is Medfair production-ready?
Yes — Medfair is built on production-grade infrastructure (PHIPA / PIPEDA-aligned, Canadian data residency, encrypted at rest + in transit, audit logs, signed DPA available). "Founding clinic" describes our cohort strategy, not an unfinished product.
What do you ask of founding clinics?
Use Medfair as your real clinic system, share what works and what doesn't, and meet with us for a 30-minute check-in roughly monthly. That's it.
Can we leave / export our data?
Anytime. Full data export on request — patients, invoices, audit trail. No vendor lock-in is a contractual posture, not a marketing line.
